About the Outwell Hartford 6 Family Tent

This tent is designed for up to 6 people and features a unique vis-à-vis layout with sleeping cabins on each side of a spacious central living area. The layout offers both privacy and social spaces, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The tent is made from durable, waterproof Outtex® 4000 Select material, which is UV-protected and flame-retardant. The fixed groundsheet in the sleeping and living areas keeps out moisture and insects, while the curtains on the windows make it easy to regulate light and privacy.

The tent has two doors – a large one at the front and a smaller one on the side – providing flexibility and easy access to the living area. With tinted windows, darkened bedrooms, and Quick & Quiet doors, it combines comfort with functionality.

The Living Areas

The central living room offers standing height and ample space for socializing or storage. The tinted windows let in natural light while protecting against visibility. The curtains can be adjusted in three positions to regulate light. The fixed groundsheet ensures a dry and comfortable environment, which is particularly useful in bad weather.

Outwell HookTrack System
The Outwell HookTrack System makes it easy to attach lamps or other accessories inside the tent. The included hooks also allow you to hang gear or clothes in the tent.

The Sleeping Cabins

The two sleeping cabins are located at opposite ends of the tent, offering a perfect solution for providing privacy to family members or friends. With darkened roofs and walls, you are protected from the morning sun, and the magnetic Quick & Quiet doors make it easy to enter and exit silently.

Other Features

The tent is fully waterproof with a 4000 mm hydrostatic head and taped seams. Its aerodynamic system is designed to withstand wind speeds of up to level 9 on the Beaufort scale. Thanks to the Rigid Air System, the tent is easy to pitch and pack, and it comes with a practical carrying bag.
