Of course you have a guarantee on all the products you buy from us. At least one year warranty on all products (except consumables) and this applies to everyone, individuals and companies. As a private person, you are also covered by the Consumer Purchase Act, which means that you have a right of claim for 3 years for goods purchased after April 1, 2005. You have, according to Swedish law, the opportunity to claim a product for up to 3 years after the purchase. The right of complaint relates to errors that can be attributed to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear or aging of the product.
Practically, it works so that if you have problems during the warranty period
1. You contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) or by phone no. +46 90-349 33 50. Please attach a picture of the error.
2. We make a complaint to the supplier and if the supplier wants the goods back then sends you a prepaid package letter so that you can send the goods directly back to us or to our supplier free of charge. Valid only on message from us.
3. After reviewing where service is possible, the item will be sent back to you free of charge. If the item cannot be serviced, you will be replaced with a new item.
One tip is to take a photo of the fault, it usually speeds up the procedure as we can contact the supplier directly.
In case of a return you as a customer are responsible for the product being packed so that it can handle normal package handling. Tents, sleeping bags and other moisture-sensitive items must be properly dried before shipping. If it turns out that you as a customer invoke a warranty and the supplier finds that the fault is due to external damage and is not covered by the warranty, then you as a customer are responsible for the repair cost. After approval of cost proposals and repair, the goods are sent to you and the cost is invoiced via Klarna.
