GetCamping.eu (GetCamping Sverige AB) does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years of age) without the parent's approval.
The prices appear in our webshop and are always current. GetCamping reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. In the event of a serious error (over 30%), we claim the right to adjust the price after placing an order, if this is the case, we will contact you. You then have the right to cancel the purchase. Neither price reductions nor price increases presented in our webshop affect placed orders.

3. PRICE GUARANTEE IN THE NORDIC COUNTRIES
If you are going to buy or have bought a product at GetCamping that you find cheaper elsewhere, we offer the difference on the product. The only thing you need to do to take advantage of the price guarantee is to contact us and give us your order number and a link to the other store where you can see that it is the same product and see the price of the product. If it is a physical store, send the store's name and telephone number. Once we have checked the price, we will refund you the difference or lower the price for your order.
Terms for the Price Guarantee:

The price only applies to regular prices, not temporary promotions or sale prices.
The guarantee only applies if the product is in stock at the store, i.e., it must not be out of stock at the store.
The guarantee only applies to dealers in Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
The guarantee does not apply to auctions.
The price must include shipping and any other fees.
It must be exactly the same item, i.e., the same colour, size, design, model year and quantity in the package.
The customer must send a link to the store where it can be read that it is the same brand, model and size. A screenshot is not allowed. If it is a physical store, the store name, telephone number and price must be included..
4. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your order has left us, you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation (provided you have provided the correct e-mail address), as well as a package number via e-mail. You can then follow your package on the carrier's website.
Packages under 20 kg are sent by Postnord or DPD and can then be picked up at the nearest delivery point. Heavier goods are sent via home delivery. Postnord/DPD will then contact you to determine a time for delivery. Delivery normaly takes place on weekdays between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm depending on the carrier's timetables. In some cases, the carrier may use local partners for dispatching or delivery. Small items and spare parts can be sent as letters.
Delivery Times from Order Date (For Goods we have on stock):
Orders placed before 14:00 pm on workdays are sent on the same day. You as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase until the product has left us at no extra cost.

At delivery or pick-up of our packages, ID must always be presented.
Delivery Times from Order Date (for products that are out of stock):
The delivery time from the supplier is stated at the above the add to cart button on the product page. You as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has left our location.
Invoice - Private individuals/Company: In the countries our payment provider Klarna offers, you can choose to pay via invoice free of charge. You then see the invoice time at checkout.
Partial Payment - Private Individuals:In the countries where our payment provider Klarna offers partial payment, we offer it. You will then see the terms and any costs at checkout.
Card payment: Your order is charged on the card number you entered. We use Klarna and PayPal for card payments. Both meet the requirements for PCI DSS. No card details are saved by us.
6. WARRANTY / COMPLAINT
Of course, you have a warranty on all the products you buy from us. At least 1 year warranty on all products (except consumables) and it applies to everyone, individuals and companies. As a private individual, you are also covered by the Consumer Purchase Act, which means that you have a right to make a complaint for 3 years for goods purchased after 1 April 2005. According to Swedish law, you have the opportunity to complain about a product for up to 3 years after purchase. The right of complaint applies to defects that can be proved are traced to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
How to make a complaint - if you have problems during the warranty period

Attach a picture of the damage and a short description of the fault (if this is possible). Then we have the information we need to make the complaint toward the supplier.
2. If the item cannot be repaired on site, we will send you a return lable.
3. After review where service is possible, the item will be sent back to your home free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new product.
As a customer, you are responsible for the product being packed so that it can handle normal package handling. Tent sleeping bags and other goods that are sensitive to moisture must be properly dried before being sent. If it turns out that you as a customer have invoked a warranty and the supplier states that the defect is due to external damage and is not covered by the warranty, then you as a customer are responsible for the repair cost including shipping. After the approval of cost proposals and repairs, the item will be sent to your home after payment.

In the event of a dispute, our goal is to always arrive at the best possible solution for what has happened. In the event of a dispute with ODR, we always follow the recommendation given there. You can find the ODR website here.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a private individual, you have 60 days from delivery to cancel your purchase for either exchange or return for payment.

Free changes of clothing
If it was the wrong size, model or color of the clothes you ordered, we have free changes on all clothes. Just contact us and let us know what you want to change to and we will arrange it. Any price differences are invoiced.
Terms for Returns
When you return an item, it is important that the item be returned in a substantially unchanged condition and that all possible papers, manuals and accessories are also sent with it. It is not permitted to use the original packaging as outer packaging because then the original packaging is damaged (with exceptional cases where the original packaging is the transport packaging). Pack your return well. If the product has been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation deduction on the refund. This is with reference to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises in Sweden.
If the product is delivered in a package that cannot be opened without damaging the package (for example a blister package), you as a consumer have the right to open the package to inspect your product, without your right of return being forfeited. You can also assemble and inspect our tents. However, it must be done on a dry and clean surface and leave no visible traces on the floor or canvas.
GetCamping (GetCamping Sverige AB) applies the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and therefore follows the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchase Act as well as the Industry Rules for mail order.

If you instead want to send the return yourself, you need to send it as a company package. We do not have the opportunity to collect returns from agents. It is important then that the return be marked on the package or in the package with order number and name. Then send it to:

8. ERROR IN DELIVERY
Any errors in your delivery are reported to us at GetCamping. We recommend that you contact us via e-mail at email@example.com or via our contact form.
9. TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Damages are reported to us at GetCamping. We recommend that you contact us via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important to save all packaging. You should report suspected damage to the carrier before redeeming a package that you see is damaged, even if you think the contents have survived. When you discover the damage it is importat that you take a photo of the package and the product immediately.
10. NON-REDEEMED PACKAGES
For non-redeemed packages, we charge you €29 per package for incurred expenses. Therefore, remember always to pick up your orders within the carriers specified deadline. Specially ordered goods are charged the full value as well as shipping and return shipping.
11. PRODUCT INFORMATION
GetCamping (GetCamping Sverige AB) reserves the right to make errors in the product information available in the Online Store and can not guarantee that images accurately reflect the products' true appearance. On many products we use machine translations. Feel free to ask us if any information is unclear.
12. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Most products are delivered with a english manual. Our tents are delivered with assembly instructions in English. We recommend trying to set up the tent at home in peace and quiet. If you have any questions, just contact us and we will help you out.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances and a comparable event beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that GetCamping Sverige AB is released from its obligations to fulfil agreements.

The information you provide to us will not be resold in any way or in any form and will only be used by us and to carry out delivery and payment of your order.
