The smaller bedroom can easily be dismantled to create a larger living area and the extra room at the front can also be used as a protected patio by opening the door completely. A big advantage of the tent is that the large room with living room and bedroom has a sewn-in floor, which provides a better climate in the tent with less cold drafts, insects and condensation. The extra room in the front has no floor and can also be used with advantage to leave shoes, prams or extra equipment such as bicycles.

About Easy Camp Palmdale 800 Lux

Easy Camp Palmdale 800 Lux is the largest model in Easy Camp's popular Palmdale series. In addition to being both wider and longer than the other tents, it also has an extra bedroom. Thanks to the room in the front, the tent also has three zones (outer room, inner room and bedroom). An arrangement that is common in the tent camping country of England. The tent can also be advantageously used without the smaller sleeping cabin for those of you who want a spacious family room with space for furniture and to hang out with the family in the evenings and in bad weather. 


The Living Areas
The tent has two larger rooms for socialising. Both rooms are spacious so it is no problem to decorate them with tables, chairs and other furniture. It is also possible to open the large door between the two rooms.

The inner room has a completely sealed floor and is accessible via the side entrance or from the front of the tent via the outer room. By closing the door to the outer room, you can then ensure that no cold drafts occur or any small insects enter. A much appreciated feature in the evening or on humid and chilly days.  Its windows are also equipped with curling curtains that can be attached in three different levels, making it easy to choose how much light or transparency you want.

The outer room has a good view thanks to windows on both side and front. The room has no floor but it is possible to supplement with a footprint to get a floor even there. The room is also extra good for you who have a lot of equipment such as bicycles, prams or other things that draw dirt into the tent. The large front door can be opened to use the room as a protected patio.

The Inner Tents
The tent has two inner tents. A smaller one for two people and a large one for six people. The large inner tent is divided into two bedrooms that accommodate four and two people respectively. The bedrooms in the large inner tent are separated by a wall that can easily be removed if you want to gather the whole family in one large bedroom. A dark fabric in the sleeping cabin provides less light transmission and reduces the effect of the morning sun. 

Other
The family tent's ventilation is properly increased with a large adjustable valve behind the inner tent and two adjustable valves at the front. In addition to the standard door, the side opening and the door between the rooms have a mosquito net door that can be used to increase the air flow through the tent on warmer days. The front door can also be attached completely open   to create extra air flow. The tent fabric is completely waterproof with taped seams and is flame retardant. The poles are made of fiberglass and are colour marked against the pole channels for easy installation.
