Easy-to-Set-Up Winter Tent

The Robens Nordic Lynx 3 is a winter tent designed for our Scandinavian winters but is suitable for year-round use. It accommodates three people and has a very spacious vestibule, making it suitable for trips where more gear is needed or as a shelter in bad weather. Large adjustable vents on both sides allow for easy airflow control. Pole channels that run all the way down on one side and adjustable anchor points with sturdy aluminum buckles make it easy to erect and adjust the tent.

Robens Hydrotex NRS-T

Robens Hydrotex NRS-T is a nylon fabric that is silicone-treated, offering excellent properties in wet conditions. It maintains its shape better, reducing wear as the fabric stays taut and experiences fewer movements in strong winds. It also minimizes tension if you set up or stretch the fabric in the rain, as it does not shrink if the weather turns sunny.
 

Robens Winter Tents

Nordic Lynx is Robens' 4-season tent, designed to withstand winter camping. A longer fabric/snow skirt that can be shoveled over with snow prevents drafts and snow drift into the tent and also improves insulation. Besides the longer tent fabric, the pole channels are larger, the door has a ground locking feature for secure closing in harsh weather, the ground pegs have longer loops, and extra storm lines for added safety. The tent is designed to be manageable with gloves, and the side door has double zippers for flexible ventilation and the possibility of cooking inside the tent in winter by only opening the top part of the door. The ventilation system is moved higher up and is slightly larger in winter tents compared to regular 3-season tents. This is to compensate for the snow skirt that prevents drafts and snow drift but blocks the airflow that regular tents have between the ground and the tent fabric.
