The Jack Wolfskin Skyrocket III is a completely free-standing dome tent that, thanks to strong DAC poles in exposed places and cross coupling at the top, gets a very good performance in strong winds. A stronger angle of the poles also gives a better height in the tent. Two doors with two smaller apses provide good opportunities to safely store gear outside the sleeping cabin. The tent has a ventilation system with openings in the roof and the door that give you a chimney-like draft inside the tent for good air flow. During warm summer nights, the tent can be assembled without an outer fabric for extra ventilation.

Spacious dome tent

The Skyrocket III is a completely free-standing 3-person tent that is well suited for e.g. canoeing, cycling or other adventures where overnight stays may occur on more difficult terrain or where low weight is necessary, e.g. longer hikes. With the DAC tent poles, the tent also gets good performance in tougher conditions and expands the internal surface. Two doors make the tent easily accessible and make it easier to get in and out of the tent. The Skyrocket III has an innovative ZIP-vent ventilation system with two adjustable openings in the roof and in the doors that create a chimney effect and good air flow inside the tent. Thanks to the tent being a dome tent, it is easy to move around fully assembled if you are camping on rocky or hard ground.
