About Outwell Ohio 5 TC Family Tent

Outwell Ohio 5 TC is a practical and well-designed family tent for up to five people. With two separate bedrooms and a generous living area, you get a comfortable and airy environment for the whole group. For families of four, the tent offers extra space in the sleeping cabin and an even more relaxing experience. The sewn-in groundsheet effectively protects against draughts, moisture and insects, while the large windows let in plenty of light and create a cosy atmosphere – especially appreciated during cooler evenings or days with poorer weather. At the same time, excellent ventilation options ensure a pleasant indoor climate on warm days.

Outwell Ventilation
The rear ventilation can be fully opened to create additional airflow in the tent during warm days or in the morning. The front ventilation above the windows is also generously sized to ensure good air circulation. As both entrances have additional mesh doors, the tent can be fully opened to keep temperatures down even when insects are present. Perfect for hot days or camping in warmer countries.
 

Living Area

The large living area feels especially airy thanks to the 210 cm headroom. The large windows create a bright and pleasant indoor environment. The windows are equipped with roll-up curtains, making it easy to control light and privacy. There is plenty of space for furniture without feeling cramped.

Outwell HookTrack System
The Outwell HookTrack System makes it easy to attach lamps or other accessories inside the tent. The included hooks also allow you to hang equipment or clothing.
 

Sleeping Cabin

The sleeping cabin in Outwell Ohio 5 TC is smartly divided into two spacious bedrooms accommodating two and three people respectively. If you need more shared space, the divider can easily be removed to create one large family bedroom. The darker, heavier fabric in both the sleeping cabin and the flysheet above reduces the impact of the morning sun – a major advantage for those who enjoy sleeping in on holiday. For added comfort, a curtain can also be rolled down over the ventilation opening to further reduce incoming light.

Outwell Quick & Quiet
The middle bedroom features a magnetic strip in addition to the zipper, allowing the door to be opened and closed without using the zipper (Outwell Quick & Quiet Inner Door). A solution that makes it possible to move in and out of the sleeping cabin without waking the rest of the family.
 

Other

The flysheet is fully waterproof with taped seams and flame-retardant treatment. The impregnation is PFC-free. The outer tent doors are fitted with bottom zippers to seal tightly against the groundsheet. The inner tent is pre-attached upon delivery and does not need to be removed when packing down. The poles are colour-coded for easier pitching.
