The padding provides significantly better comfort than what you get with regular camping chairs. Thanks to a water-repellent material beneath the fabric that prevents the foam padding from absorbing water, it doesn't matter if the chair is left out in the rain. Only 15 cm high in the folded position makes it really pack-friendly.
