Maximize comfort in all weather conditions
The Dometic Grande Air Tour 390 is a bright and spacious air awning. The awning is extremely easy to pitch and, thanks to its dual keder strips, can be mounted on both caravans and motorhomes. Simply attach the awning fabric to the rail on your caravan or motorhome's awning, peg the four corners, and inflate the integrated air tubes from a single valve. Then secure the draught skirt against the caravan and the awning is ready to move in. Large windows around the awning and in the roof provide excellent daylight and panoramic views. The front panels can be rolled to the side to open up the awning on warmer days.

About Dometic Grande Air Tour 390
The Dometic Grande Air Tour 390 is ideal for campers seeking a quick-pitch and spacious awning with maximum comfort. With a depth of 300 cm and curved air tubes that provide excellent headroom throughout, there's ample space for furniture without feeling cramped. Dual side doors offer flexible layout options while keeping access to the caravan or motorhome easy. The awning can be fully opened via front and side panels. Both doors feature mosquito nets for great airflow without letting insects in. A draught skirt is included to prevent wind and bugs from entering under the caravan or motorhome.
Setup
The Dometic Grande Air Tour has two keder sizes: 5 mm and 7 mm, making it compatible with both caravans and motorhomes. The Dometic Multi Height System allows height adjustment via a zipper on the side of the awning.
Caravan: The rail must have a straight section of 390 cm. If one side of the awning overlaps a window or hatch, it can be sealed using poles or limpets (not included).
Motorhome: The awning rail on the cassette awning must be 390 cm. Measure from the bottom of the cassette to the ground at both front and rear ends. The height must not exceed 265 cm on either side.
Awning Fabric - Dometic Weathershield™ Tour
The durable fabric has a hydrostatic head of 6000 mm and hot-air taped seams, ensuring it can handle rain and tough weather. The ripstop weave adds durability, and a new dope-dyed finish enhances UV protection.
FAQ – Dometic Air Tubes
1. How durable are the air tubes?
The tubes consist of three layers: an outer tent fabric, a protective PVC layer, and the TPU air tube. This construction makes them more resistant to wind than steel or fiberglass poles. Always use a pump with a pressure gauge and avoid overinflating beyond the specified pressure.
2. What happens if a tube gets punctured or a valve breaks? Will the awning collapse?
The air tubes are separated by valves. So if one tube is punctured, the awning won’t collapse. They can often be repaired with airtight tape. Both tubes and valves are fully replaceable.
