The Dometic Grande Air All Season 390 is a bright and spacious awning with air channels, designed for caravans and motorhomes with an awning height of up to 265 cm. It is extremely easy to set up and erect, and thanks to double keder rails, it can be mounted on the motorhome. Simply attach the awning fabric to the rail on the motorhome's awning, place four ground pegs at the corners, and inflate the integrated channels in the fabric to form the frame from a valve on the awning. Then secure the seal against the motorhome, and the awning is ready to move into. Large windows around the awning and in the roof provide good light and a great view. The front panels can be rolled to the side to open up the awning on warm days.

With the new Weathershield All-Season fabric combined with the new roof slope and Air Frame system, the awning becomes very stable and can withstand tough weather conditions. Since the fabric is breathable, it also provides a better climate in the awning when the sun is shining.

The Dometic Grande Air Pro 390 is an awning for those who seek a quickly assembled and spacious awning with high comfort. Thanks to the 300 cm depth and the bent air channels providing a good ceiling height throughout the awning, there is plenty of space for furniture without making the awning feel crowded. Doors on both sides offer additional freedom to furnish while keeping the caravan or motorhome accessible. If you want to open the awning further, both the front and side sections can be opened. Both doors have mosquito nets, providing excellent ventilation without letting in small insects. A draft skirt is also included, which is mounted against the caravan to prevent wind and small insects from coming under the caravan or motorhome.
 

Mounting

The Dometic Grande Air All-Season has two keder rails of 5 and 7 mm, so it fits both caravans and motorhomes. The Dometic Multi Height System also makes it easy to adjust the height by opening a zipper on the side of the awning.

Caravan: The caravan needs a straight part of the rail that is 390 cm. If one side of the awning ends up over a window or a hatch, it can be sealed with poles or limpets (not included).
Motorhome: The rail in the box awning must be 390 cm for the awning to fit. To measure the height, measure from the underside of the awning to the ground, preferably measuring both front and back of the awning box. It is important that the measurement does not exceed 265 cm on any side.

FAQ Dometic Air Channels

1. How durable are the air channels?
The channels consist of three layers. On the outside is a layer of awning fabric, then a protective layer of PVC, and finally, the channel itself in TPU. This construction makes the channels more resistant to wind than steel and fiberglass poles. However, it is important to use a pump with a pressure gauge and not to inflate to a higher pressure than specified for the awning. 

2. What happens if a channel gets punctured or a valve breaks? Does the awning collapse?
The channels are separated by valves. So, the awning does not collapse if a channel gets punctured. They can often also be repaired with airtight tape. Both channels and valves are fully replaceable.
