Dometic Club Air Tour 330S Awning is an easy-to-pitch and flexible inflatable awning for caravans and motorhomes. The awning is extremely easy to install and pitch, and thanks to its dual keder beading, it can be fitted to both caravans and low motorhomes. Simply slide the awning fabric into the caravan's awning rail, secure the four corners with pegs and inflate the integrated air beams that form the frame from a single valve on the awning. Then secure the sealing panels against the caravan and the awning is ready to use. Large window panels around the awning and in the roof provide plenty of light and an excellent view. Both the front and side panels can be opened on warm days.

Dometic Club Air Tour 330S is designed for campers looking for a convenient and quick-to-pitch awning with a high level of comfort. Thanks to the angled air beams, which provide good headroom throughout the awning, there is plenty of usable space despite its relatively compact size. Doors on both sides give you more freedom when arranging furniture while keeping the caravan easily accessible regardless of your pitch. If you want to open the awning further, both the front and side sections can be opened. Both sides feature mosquito mesh panels, providing excellent ventilation while keeping insects out.
 

Installation

Dometic Club Air Tour 330S has two keder bead sizes, 5 and 7 mm, making it suitable for both caravans and lower motorhomes. The Dometic Multi Height System also makes it easy to adjust the height by opening a zipper at the upper side of the awning.

Caravan: The caravan requires a straight section of awning rail measuring 390 cm. If one side of the awning overlaps a window or hatch, it can be sealed using poles or Limpets (not included).
Motorhome: The rail in the cassette awning must be 390 cm for the awning to fit. To measure the height, measure from the lower edge of the awning cassette down to the ground. We recommend measuring at both the front and rear of the cassette. It is important that the measurement does not exceed 265 cm on either side.

Awning fabric - Dometic Weathershield™ Tour

The awning fabric is made from durable rip-stop polyester and is suitable for holiday use even in tougher climates. Thanks to a 6000 mm hydrostatic head and hot-air taped seams, it provides excellent protection against rain and bad weather. Dometic's new solution-dyed fabric technology provides improved UV resistance and longer durability.

 

Questions and answers - Dometic Air Beams

1. How durable are the air beams?
The air beams consist of three layers. The outer layer is awning fabric, followed by a protective PVC layer and then the inner TPU air tube. This construction makes the air beams more resistant to wind than steel or fibreglass poles. However, it is important to only use a pump with a pressure gauge and never inflate the beams above the pressure specified for the awning.

2. What happens if an air beam is punctured or a valve breaks? Will the awning collapse?
The air beams are separated by isolation valves, so the awning will not collapse if one beam is punctured. Small punctures can often be repaired using airtight repair tape. Both the air tubes and valves are fully replaceable.
