Easy-to-pitch and spacious inflatable awning

Dometic Club Air Pro is an awning with air tubes and a depth of 275 cm. The awning is extremely easy to assemble and pitch and, thanks to dual keder rails, it can be fitted to both caravans and motorhomes. Simply slide the awning fabric into the rail on the caravan or into the rail on the motorhome’s awning, place four pegs in the corners and inflate the integrated tubes in the awning fabric that form the frame via a single valve on the awning. Then secure the seal against the caravan and the awning is ready to move into. Large windows around the awning and in the roof provide plenty of daylight and truly great views.

About Dometic Club Air Pro 440 S

Dometic Club Air Pro 440 S is an awning that not only offers very high comfort, but is also quick and easy to pitch. Weathershield™ Pro with double-layer polyester fabric gives the awning both a very long lifespan and a better climate inside. This is because it breathes on warm days and also produces less condensation. Thanks to the 275 cm depth and the angled air tubes that provide good headroom throughout the awning, there is plenty of space for furniture without the awning feeling cramped. Doors on both sides give additional freedom when furnishing while still keeping the caravan or motorhome easily accessible. If you want to open up the awning even more, both the front and side sections can be opened. 

Fitting

Dometic Club Pro has two keder rails in 5 and 7 mm, so it fits both caravans and motorhomes. The Dometic Multi Height System also makes it easy to adjust the height by opening a zipper at the top on the side of the awning.

Caravan: When fitting to a caravan, a straight section of the rail is required that is as wide as the awning. If one side of the awning overlaps a window, this is not a problem, as the sides can be sealed using inner legs or limpets (accessories).
Motorhome: The awning requires an awning cassette at least as wide as the awning. To measure the correct height, measure from the bottom edge of the cassette awning down to the ground – measure both at the front and the rear of the cassette.

Questions and answers – Dometic Air Tubes

1. How durable are the air tubes?
The tubes consist of three layers. The outer layer is the awning fabric, then a protective PVC layer, and then the tube itself in TPU. This construction makes the tubes more wind-resistant than steel and fibreglass poles. However, it is important that you only use a pump with a pressure gauge and do not inflate to a higher pressure than specified for the awning. 

2. What happens if a tube gets a hole or a valve breaks? Does the awning collapse?
The tubes are separated by valves, so the awning will not collapse if a tube develops a leak. It can often be repaired with airtight tape. Both tubes and valves are fully replaceable.
