Light and Quick to Pitch Travel Awning

The Telta Cloud 290 is an easy-to-pitch and flexible awning with air channels. Extremely easy to assemble and pitch, it can be mounted on both caravans and motorhomes thanks to its double keder rails and adjustable height. Simply attach the awning fabric to the rail on the caravan or motorhome's awning, place four pegs in the corners, and inflate the integrated channels in the fabric that form the frame from a valve on the awning. Then secure the seal against the caravan and the awning is ready for occupancy. A large window panel on the front of the awning provides a pleasant light inside and can be opened on warm days. Two doors on the sides make entering the awning easy, and thanks to additional mosquito net doors, they can also be used to ventilate the awning even with insects around.

The Telta Cloud 290 is an awning that targets those looking for a convenient and quickly mounted travel awning with high quality and low weight. Thanks to the tent fabric in durable lightweight polyester, the awning is very light and manageable, yet provides very good protection. The easy-to-handle fabric also facilitates setting up and taking down. With single-point inflation, storm straps, and well-proportioned ventilation, the Telta Cloud is a great choice for those looking for a lightweight awning at a good price. However, travel awnings are not suitable for long stays as the lighter Polyester fabric has less UV resistance than regular awnings. Mounting

The Telta Cloud 290 has two keder rails of 5 and 7 mm, so it fits both caravans and motorhomes. The height is easily adjusted with a zipper at the top of the side and fits heights between 235 and 280 cm.

Caravan: The caravan needs a straight part of the rail that is 290 cm. If one side of the awning ends up over a window or a hatch, it can be sealed with poles (not included).
Motorhome: The track in the box awning must be 290 cm for the awning to fit. To measure the height, measure from the bottom of the awning down to the ground, preferably both at the front and back of the awning box. It is important that the measurement does not exceed 280 cm on either side.
 

Questions and Answers About Telta's Air Channels

1. How durable are the air channels?
The channels consist of three layers. On the outside is a layer of tent fabric, then a protective layer of PVC, and finally the channel itself in TPU. This construction makes the channels more resistant to wind than steel and fiberglass poles. However, it is important to use a pump with a pressure gauge and not inflate to a higher pressure than what is specified for the awning. 

2. What happens if a channel gets punctured or a valve breaks? Does the awning collapse?
The channels are separated by valves. So, the awning often does not collapse completely if a channel gets punctured. They can often also be repaired with air-tight tape. Both channels and valves are completely replaceable.
