Free-Standing Drive-Away Awning

Give your car extra space for equipment, cooking, or for sitting in. The Outwell Dunecrest L is a lightweight, durable, and quickly pitched drive-away awning that attaches to the car's tailgate. A flexible attachment to the car makes it suitable for most cars with a height between 175 and 205 cm. The tent attaches to the car through attachments to the car's rear doors, against the rear tires, and with adjustable ground fixtures. The tent can be fully opened at the front and tensioned up and used as a sunroof. With mosquito nets over the main entrance and on the sides, you can ventilate both the tent and the car on warm days. The tent is completely free-standing so it can be detached if you need to drive away with the car.

By using recycled polyester and solution dyeing instead of wet dyeing, chemical waste, water consumption, and energy consumption in the production of the tent fabric are reduced. This also gives a longer lifespan to the dyeing as it becomes more UV resistant. The anodizing technology used to manufacture the tent's aluminum poles is done without the use of nitric acid and phosphoric acid, providing both better working conditions and less harmful waste.
