Light and Quick-to-Pitch Awning

Dometic's Rally Air Tour 200 S is a quick and flexible awning with air channels. The awning is extremely easy to set up and pitch, and thanks to dual keder strips, it can be mounted on both caravans and motorhomes. Simply attach the awning fabric to the rail of the caravan or motorhome’s awning, secure the four corner pegs, and inflate the integrated air channels that form the frame from one valve on the awning. Then secure the seal against the caravan, and the awning is ready to use. Large window panels around the awning and in the roof let in plenty of light and offer excellent views. Both the front and side panels can be opened on warm days.

The Dometic Rally Air Pro 200 S is aimed at those looking for a convenient and easy-to-install awning with high comfort. Thanks to the angled air channels that provide good headroom throughout the awning, you get plenty of space despite the smaller size of the tent. Having doors on both sides gives you flexibility in furniture arrangement while keeping the caravan or motorhome easily accessible, no matter where it is positioned at the campsite. If you want to open the awning further, both the front and side sections can be opened. Both sides have mosquito net panels, which offer excellent ventilation while keeping bugs out.
 

Assembly

The Dometic Rally Air features dual keder strips of 5 and 7 mm, making it suitable for both caravans and motorhomes. The Dometic Multi Height System also makes it easy to adjust the height by opening a zipper at the top of the awning.

Caravan: The caravan needs a straight part of the rail that is 200 cm long. If one side of the awning covers a window or hatch, it can be sealed with poles or limpets (not included).
Motorhome: The rail in the box awning must be 200 cm for the tent to fit. To measure the height, measure from the bottom of the awning to the ground, and preferably measure both the front and back of the awning box. It is important that the measurement does not exceed 265 cm on either side.

Questions and Answers About Dometic Air Channels

1. How durable are the air channels?
The channels consist of three layers. The outer layer is the tent fabric, then a protective PVC layer, followed by the TPU channel itself. This construction makes the channels more resistant to wind than steel or fiberglass poles. However, it’s important to use only a pump with a pressure gauge and not to overinflate the tent beyond the specified pressure.

2. What happens if there’s a hole in a channel or a valve breaks? Will the tent collapse?
The channels are separated by valves, so the tent will not collapse if one channel is punctured. They can often be repaired with airtight tape. Both the channels and valves are fully replaceable.
