I used the sleeping pad for a week in combination with an very light inflatable mattress. The first days this combination worked very good, however after a few days the half dome dots started to get crushed which reduces the thickness of the sleeping pad and leads to a loss of comfort. At the end of the week almost all dots in the middle of the sleeping pad where crushed.
